These nine-inch net (tulle) circles are pre-cut with a scalloped edge and come in packages of 100 circles. They're great for wrapping up rice, birdseed, Jordan almonds, candy, and more! Most people use two or three layers of net for each favor. You can use multiple layers of the same color for a more intense effect, or combine different colors to achieve just the look you want.
